DekoRRa Mock Rock Vents

These durable vents are painted to match the desired rock color. The 1.5″ and 3″ vents are louvered and the 4″ size is a screened vent.

For rocks covering septic tanks, pipes and cleanouts, LP gas tanks etc use one or two vents to allow gasses to escape the rock cover.

For rocks covering utility and cable boxes and electric pump motors at least 2 vents are recommended to allow for airflow through the rock cover Water well risers and backflow irrigation valves usually do not require any venting. Check with your plumber or utility contractor for recommendations on venting.

To install the vent one drills or cuts a hole in the rock, places the vent in the hole and bends the small metal tabs to pin the vent in place from the inside of the rock.
