Free Shipping Policy

Shipping on all DekoRRa Products is Free to all 50 states minus AK, and HI. A handful of states (NV, AZ, CA, OR, WA) may incur a small additional handling fee due to the excessive shipping costs required to ship the products to the west coast from the warehouse located in WI.

All products are shipped FedEx Ground, UPS, or LTL freight (large items) unless otherwise noted.  If product arrives damaged due to shipping please contact us to request a damage claim form.

If damage due to shipping is confirmed, a replacement product will be shipped to buyer once the damaged merchandise is shipped back to rocksfast.com.  Buyer IS NOT responsible for return shipping costs on products with confirmed shipping damage. Shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of confirmed shipment deliver.

5 Star Guarantee
Customers using the Mock Rocks Sizing Form to submit accurate measurements are eligible for the 5 Star Guarantee program. If any of the suggested rock sizes are too small to fit the application, the rock may be returned for an exchange at no cost. Address rocks and vented rocks are not eligible for the 5 Star Guarantee program.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time before item has shipped.  After item has shipped orders can no longer be cancelled.

Product Returns
All items except Address Plaques, House Address Rocks, Address Signs Mailbox Posts, Light Posts and Vented Rock Covers may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.  Returned items must be in original condition and in original packaging.  Special order items and personalized items such as address plaques and address rocks are not returnable.
