To request a product return or exchange please complete the form below. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns, no restocking fee for product exchanges. We do not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping costs unless the product was ordered under our 5-Star Guarantee. House address rocks, mailbox posts, and vented rocks are not returnable.
